ABOUT US

General Description:

The World Investment Fund is a nonprofit charitable corporation that is committed to helping the poor and needy, in creating jobs, and helping them to ultimately obtain fulfilling jobs who have had difficulty in doing so, through the provision of business investment, venture capital, business grants, and employment, including supplementary help to facilitate such.

Elaborated Description:

We are looking to help people find fulfilling jobs who have had difficulty in doing so, and if we can't help them find a fulfilling job, help them create/or start a business so they can have a fulfilling job, and if they can't be an entrepreneur, help grow an existing business who will hire them so they can have a fulfilling job.

We intend to provide help not only locally, but statewide, nationally throughout all U.S. states, and also worldwide to the extent possible, internationally throughout the world in all nations through national franchises.

We are also looking to help all different kinds of people of goodwill, not just one particular group or particular race and we believe that is the best and most effective way to go about doing so. The organization is officially secular.

We are looking to invest in all kinds of applicable industries and sectors of the economy an industries, whether, for example, it be in tech, to food, healthcare, infrastructure, sports, to education through, for instance, through running charter schools, and etc. you name it-shortened list for length and time sake.

To a minor extent below, we also plan to operate public job/entrepreneurship centers, combined with unique homeless shelters (along with providing food/drink and clothing), public dormitories, and housing for people who might need a more longer stay, for example, but not limited to: like those with disabilities, and seniors, to facilitate transitioning needy people into fulfilling jobs/businesses and provide employment. Additionally, help to free the wrongfully imprisoned/jailed and help transit those set free from jail/prison back into the public as productive members of society, help relieve abused minors with emancipation and/or to decent home, including having/running orphanages where legally available, and help relieve women who have experienced suffering from domestic violence, sexual exploitation, sex work, or hardship from being a widow.

Our program is to do mainly nonprofit venture capital with public funds (public finance, thereof), and to a minor extent business grants for people who do not qualify for business loans, and help people get business loans from a bank/credit union, to start, grow, or expand a business. Though we mainly seek to invest in for profit companies, the charity may also seek to invest in nonprofit type companies like in running hospitals and charter schools, for example, and buying and running other nonprofits to provide employment. The charity may also initially conduct IPO type fundraisers, in various industries, in which it creates wholly owned or partially owned new businesses to be sold in a public offering or substantially equivalent to a private seller and then reinvest the profits from doing such fundraisers into doing venture capital into startup, mom and pop type, or otherwise small business type of businesses.

The charity also seeks to enroll in applicable government grant programs, and fundraise where applicable for investors, donors, and grants, maintain an endowment, and partner with government entities in applicable jurisdictions to provide economic development and other relief for constituents.

We are a brand new nonprofit organization and intend to add to the to the list of programs and services over time within the mission and scope of the organization. This organization was founded on September 19, 2024, incorporated in Louisiana, USA. We are seeking to file for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status this year, and also plan to publicly post the founding document of this organization, a listing of the officers and board of directors, recordings of formal official board meetings, bylaws of the organization online, some other important documents and information, and when completed post audited financial statements on this organization's website.
