Board of Directors, Member [Multiple Openings] 

Board Members work to help guide, oversee, and set rules and polices for the management and affairs of the organization and also may serve on committees of the board.

Vice President

The Vice President the organization works to help and manage and oversee the whole organization generally, may work in absence of the president of the organization, and do other related or applicable tasks as assigned by the board of directors and/or the presiden of the organization.

Treasurer

The Treasurer runs the organization's finance department, and helps manage and advise on the finances of the organization and related tasks or other applicable as may be assigned by the board of directors and/or the president of the organization.

Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer runs the organization's accounting department, and works to manage and oversee the organization's financial statements, internal auditing, taxes, provide financial advice, and other related and/or applicable tasks as assigned by the board of directors and/or the president of the organization.

Chief Legal Officer

The Chief Legal Officer runs the organization's legal department and does manages and oversees legal type of work, including but limited to: drafting of legal documents, representing the organization legally, providing legal advice for the organization.

Chief Science and Technology Officer

The Chief Science and Technology Officer runs the organizations science and technology department, helps lead, propose, manage, coordinate, and oversee the organization's new innovation, science, and technology initiatives, provide advice on science and technology related topics, and other applicable and related tasks as assigned by the board of directors and/or president of the organization.

Chief Marketing and Development Officer

The Chief Marketing and Development Officer runs the organization's marketing and development department and manages and oversees the organization's marketing and advertising efforts, grant writing, email and letter mail marking, posting of social media marketing and videos, raising donations, creating, scheduling, and booking events with inviting guests, speakers, and other artists and if applicable selling tickets with certain events, and other fundraisers, and related and other applicable tasks as assigned by the board of directors and/or the president of the organization.

Website Developer and Designer Director

The Website Developer and Designer Director:

  • Help create, setup and launch, develop, and manage the organization's main website, and also do, manage, and/or delegate the below duties.

  • Design and develop engaging, responsive websites that align with client requirements and brand identity.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and content creators, to ensure cohesive project execution.

  • Utilize tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights for continuous improvement of web designs.

  • Implement best practices in UX/UI design to enhance user satisfaction and accessibility.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in web design.

  • Assist in the integration of SharePoint for content management solutions when necessary.

  • Utilize Visio for flowcharting processes related to web development projects.

  • Collaborate on data analysis efforts to inform design decisions based on user behavior metrics.

Chief Education and Training Officer

The Chief Education and Training Officer:

  • Oversee to create, start, initiate, develop, implement, and evaluate educational and training programs that meet the needs of diverse learners.

  • Search out opportunities for the founding and/or acquiring/expansion of new charter schools, and help establish them through process of obtaining new and/or existing charters from public school boards.

  • Search out opportunities for the founding of a new and/or acquiring/expansion of a University, and help establish it through the process of necessary regulatory requirements to operate.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate partnerships and resources that support educational and training initiatives.

  • Lead teams in the execution of projects related to curriculum development and instructional strategies.

  • Oversee daily operations of educational and training programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize program delivery.

  • Conduct assessments to identify areas for process improvement within existing educational and training frameworks.

  • Engage in strategic planning to align educational and training objectives with the organization's mission and vision.

  • Oversee and manage homeless shelter, dormitory, temporary housing type programs, orphanages, and job and entrepreneurship centers, and also apprenticeship, internship, and entrepreneurship training programs.

  • Foster relationships with community and government partners to promote business development opportunities that enhance educational and training offerings.

  • Advise on and coordinate education and training type businesses that are wholly or partly owned by the organization or that has engaged with the organization for potential partnership, such as, but not limited to: daycare, tutor, exam prep, educational textbook and content, educational technology, and institutional educational and training type businesses for the strategic success of such endeavors.

  • Help oversee and develop a system of training and continuous professional development for the employees on the organization and of the businesses that organization may wholly or partly own.

  • Contribute to program development.

  • Other related duties as assigned and/or delegated by the president of the organization and the board of directors.

Chief Medical Officer

This Chief Medical Officer:

  • Oversee and manage the hospitals, clinics, medical and allied health staff of the organization.

  • Provide strategic direction for the medical, clinical, and public and allied health, and other medical care operations of the organization, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

  • Supervise and mentor medical staff, fostering a culture of excellence in patient care and clinical practice.

  • Oversee health, medical, and clinical research initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to best practices.

  • Collaborate with hospital administration to develop policies that enhance patient safety and quality of care.

  • Ensure that all medical and clinical practices comply with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

  • Lead efforts in health, medical, and clinical development, including the implementation of new treatment protocols and technologies.

  • Analyze health, hospital, and clinical data to identify trends, improve outcomes, and inform decision-making processes.

  • Represent the organization in discussions with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, managed care organizations, and community partners.

  • Provide medical advice to employees of the organization, and for related healthcare, sports, and fitness related businesses that the organization is engaged with.

  • Recommend new medical innovations, medical technologies, cures, and treatments that should be created and/or further developed.

  • Contribute to program development.

  • Other related duties as assigned and/or delegated by the president of the organization and the board of directors.

Chief Arts, Entertainment,  and Sports Officer

The Chief Arts, Entertainment, and Sports Officer:

  • Lead and manage a team of artists, actors, actresses, athletes, journalists, and other entertainers to develop and produce quality programs and content.

  • Generate, propose, and execute new ideas for engaging and entertaining content, programs and products.

  • Lead efforts to help athletes, actors, actresses, journalists, and other entertainers gain competitive and/or reasonable contracts for services.

  • Coordinate the efforts of entertainment, journalistic, and athletic company efforts that the organization is engaged with, to strategically produce, as applicable, competitive new and existing entertainment, sports, arts, teams, programs, products, and services.

  • Help manage and coordinate the media of the organization, including shows of the organization.

  • Provide advice on arts, entertainment, and sports industries related business that the organization is engaged with.

  • Contribute to program development

  • Other related duties as assigned and/or delegated by the president of the organization and/or the board of directors.

Grant Writer [Multiple Openings]

The Grant Writer:

  • Identify and request donations, grants, sponsorships, and for fundraising events from individuals and organizations, by writing and sending letters, completing paperwork for such as may be applicable, and by other acceptable means, lawfully.

  • Collaborate with organizational staff to get materials necessary to fill out grant applications or otherwise to make and/or recommend grant proposals, and also to develop strategies to better fundraise for the organization.

  • Update grantors or other contributors, as may be required, on the status of the fulfillment of applicable projects/programs funded, and respond to inquiries in the request, application, and fulfillment of applicable fundraising requests of funded projects or programs.

  • Other related duties as may be assigned by the president of the organization and/or the board of directors.
