REQUESTING A REFUND
If you made a donation in error please, contact as soon as possible, by email within 48 hours to request a refund.
Refund Policy
Generally, all donations are non-refundable unless the donation was made in error, including those that was made by someone using a card that was not the person whose name was on the card who was not authorized to use the card.
Availability of Refunds
Depending on the availability of funds and whether or not the donated funds was put in use or otherwise spent, we may or may not be able to refund you a donation even in the event it was done by error.
