The World Investment Fund (WIF) seeks to purchase established businesses for sale, establish new ones when needed and found, with majority ownership stakes and control, and expand them with more equity and loans, through subsidiary for private entities, and have them go public, to raise money to support it charitable purposes. 3. Business Grants and Charitable Loans without Interest

The WIF seeks to make business grants to for profit businesses, as a last resort, to create or grow such which such businesses, when job aid, venture capital or forms of financial support or not available feasible or suitable. On other hand, WIF seeks to run a charitable no interest loan program to make charitable business loans, personal business loans, auto loans, home loans, personal loans, student loans, as prudent, as a last resort financial rescue, subject and limited to an available budget to do so.. 4. Food, Drink, Clothing, Housing/Homeless Sheltering/Disability and Senior Services

The WIF seeks run a program of housing, including apartments, public dormitories, and homeless shelters, to facilitate housing the disabled, the elderly, and the homeless in thriving positive communities, public kitchens and food pantries, and meal delivery for the hungry and thirsty within, laundry, mail, showering, mail, clothing/bedding, and transportation services for those needing such assistance, pet care on a limited and available basis, and a voucher/allowance program for small essential needs such as, phone (or other utility bill), beauty, identification and employment documentation, toiletries, gym membership, transportation (if not provided or available internally at a specific site), medicine, dental/vision care/ health device(s) and/or cooling/heating devices etc.. 5. Hospital/Healthcare and Human Services

The WIF seeks to run hospitals, medical clinics, nursing homes, and group homes for foster care youth, through subsidiary entities, including, but not limited to: provide various healthcare and human services, which may also include rehab, home healthcare/assisted independent living, substance abuse/addiction and mental health treatment, and provide emergency healthcare vouchers, including, but limited to also including dental and vision, type of health, on an available prudent limited budgeted basis. 6. Emergency Legal Aid and Innocence Support Services

The WIF seeks to support those in legal emergencies, such as innocent convictions, innocent charges, expungement, relief from parental, foster, or adoptive parent abuse in emancipation or other appropriate legal relief, domestic violence, indigent divorce, essential government entitlement benefit attainment and legal, civil and/or criminal, private and governmental infringes on the rights of widows, orphans, and on human rights, on an available, prudent and limited budgeted basis, fund such legal aid to remedy and prevent such. 7. K-12 Education, Higher Education, Child Care, and Science/Technology/Medical and other Research Services

WIF seeks to run a system of K-12 charter schools as needed and found, including Pre-K, for the improvement and enlightenment of child education, and also child care centers, and provision of adult education and literacy. Additionally, the WIF seeks to run a University to provide world class higher education, accessible and flexible to working adults, but also for traditional for those from impoverished backgrounds, and as a last resort with limited or no other viable options, and to further job, internship, and business creation opportunity at young ages and beyond. Additionally, WIF seeks to conduct research, including, but not limited to: for scientific, medical, social, economic, technology, innovation, and improvement, in conjunction and coordination with WIF applicable affiliated businesses. 8. Educational Scholarship Fund

Family Club: Adoption/Dating/Marriage and Family Counseling and Reunification/Promotion of Marriage and Childbearing/Youth and Adult Development/Family Entertainment/Hobbies/ Events and Activities Facilitation/Employment Agency/Job Center/Comprehensive Reentry Integration Assistance for formerly Incarcerated/Individual and Business Networking and Entrepreurship and Business Training Services

The WIF seeks to run a family club that would facilitate life and relationship creation and building, job finding, networking, new job creation, workforce matching, and business improvement. Becoming a member of WIF Family Club, is a great way to support and get involved with the WIF, its activities, events, and efforts, especially, if you would like to have an extended family, create new friends, build and grow new relationships, find business partners, enjoy a hobby, and/or just have fun being doing activities with other people and not be lonely. The WIF Family Club Membership is a supporter membership and may later be incorporated or otherwise transferred in subsidiary charity family club entity of the WIF. 10. Government Grant and Grant Back Program Services

The WIF seeks to obtain government grants in the form of new legislation from governmental legislative bodies to use to use for nonprofit for private equity, to purchase established business(es) for sale, within such jurisdiction and grow such with equity and loans, and have such go public within 1-7 years, and then be able to make grant(s) back to the legislative government entity jurisdiction that authorized such grant(s) to the WIF, the amount that was given as needed, after such businesses go for public sale on public stock exchange, and then more later as needed, prudent, and available, and a committee may be established to review request from governmental entities for grants and/or bond investments, and give on a limited, budgeted and available basis. 11. Direct Government Funded For-Profit Business Venture Capital Charitable Partnership Service (Paid Program via WIF to WAN)

WIF offers for referral to the World Action Network (WAN), to intake request from individual business and individual organization(s), individual request for business financing for venture capital through the WIF, by which the World Action Network would, for an affordable monthly fee, and may or may not thereafter continue without additional charge until the job is done based on availability, need(s), and affordability, for which a full report shall be issued of the work done to help such client(s) and status analysis- if funding not already approved, and provide government lobbying services for such clients to be funded by government funding, venture capital financing for their business through the WIF. Once such request is submitted through the WIF, WIF will process the request, an optional payment offer and upfront payment, from such client may be made at the time of submitting such request, and may or may not refer the request to WAN and shall notify provide notice if or not including if needing to request more information or clarification before referral, and when referred WAN shall provide quote(s) and may make counteroffer(s) and then if accepted by such client(s) whom may also counteroffer, bill to such client(s) and accept payment(s) for such individual or individual organization lobbying services. WIF shall refund, or WAN shall refund, or have WIF refund client if optional payment offer and upfront payment made at the time of submitting the request is not accepted by either WIF, WAN, or WAN subsidiary. WAN may provide such service lobbying services through a WAN for-profit subsidiary business entity. This program involves the seeking and government lobbying for fresh new government aid. 12. Class Action Public Government Funded For-Profit Business Venture Capital Charitable Partnership Service (Free Program via WIF to WAN)

WIF offers for referral to the World Action Network (WAN), to intake requests from various individual business and individual organization(s), from which the WAN organizes such requests as a pool for effective political action to be taken by WAN, in the applicable jurisdiction(s) of the principal location(s) and/or planned business location(s) of such business request(s) for business financing for venture capital through the WIF, by which the World Action Network would charitably lobby government for such clients to be funded by government funding of venture capital financing for their business through the WIF. If such pooled request or requests are approved, the WIF will allocate funding as prescribed by the government approved terms or negotiate in the best interest of the WIF with those who requested funding on the final award amount(s) and term(s) and to whom to award upon what term(s) of those who requested funding. Once such request(s) is submitted through the WIF, WIF will process the request(s) and refer the request(s) to WAN, who shall then take action on the request(s). WAN may inform such client(s) on the status and opportunities to voluntarily assist in making such request(s) successful, such as participating in a hearing, event, or other appropriate measure in support of such request(s). 13. Affordable Housing Construction, Blight Remediation, Real Estate Development, and Emergency Disaster Relief Services

The WIF seeks to provide new affordable housing and business structures to be made, provide home and business repair, transform land and existing property into usable and higher value property that provides blight relief, including, but limited to: business turn around, revival, and salvage. Additionally, the WIF seeks to provide disaster relief services for individuals, of homes, and businesses, with applicable budgeted comprehensive assistance. 14. Nonprofit Grant/Investment Program Service

The WIF may make grants and/or investments in/to other non-profits for charitable purposes, that provide similar, comparable, or equivalent services as WIF, or that fall within the mission and/or scope, or otherwise in furtherance or support of WIF activities, on a limited budgeted and available basis. A committee may be established to review request from nonprofits for grants, investments, or other appropriate aid and/or relief.
